Jaxson's first trip to the ER

Well I guess I will issue a warning for anyone who doesn't like stories or pictures of simple injuries. But I figured I would document the first trip to the ER, that's definitely memorable. My mother was with me, and she didn't think the cut was deep enough to go, but I didn't want the scarring to be bad, and you can never be too cautious right??

Jaxson threw a fit when I took my phone away from him, and there was a glass table right by him in the Lake house where we are staying on our trip in Washington. He face planted it and cut his eyelid and the top of his nose. The eyelid wasn't that bad, but the nose was pretty deep. I guess they don't use stitches on many cuts anymore, Glue is the way to go. I guess I could have put super glue on it myself and saved the trip. Silverdale WA ER

Sorry, i forgot to turn the picture.
He's a strong little bugger...he was fighting so hard the whole time. My mom said that Jaxson probably remembers when he was in the hospital when he was born for two weeks, being fussed with and not being held for the first week of his life...and that's why he hates doctors and hospitals so much. But I'm pretty sure it's just because he is strong-willed and impatient, and in his terrible twos!!
Thanks mom for helping out, couldn't have done this without you!
He cried A LOT. poor kid.
Nice double chin mom. (i'm sure that's what he was thinking to make this face, haha)
This little mishap didn't ruin our trip though, we are enjoying the lake SO much. It's gorgeous here, and I'm sure the family reunion starting sunday will be a blast! Hopefully Jaxson doesn't have anymore booboos though!

Poor little guy. I'd be screaming too if a big stranger was in my grill gluing my face.

Give him a love from us.
